Dr. Collin Jensen, DC

Dr. Collin Jensen hails from the great state of Nebraska, bringing his passion for helping others to the team at Axis Spine and Sport - Phoenix. Outside the clinic, Dr. Jensen enjoys an active lifestyle that includes playing rugby, hiking, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Whether it’s pickleball, tubing, paddleboarding, or enjoying live music at concerts, he’s always up for an adventure.

Dr. Jensen finds immense joy in working with the talented team at Axis Spine and Sport - Phoenix, where daily laughter with patients and colleagues is part of the experience. What he loves most about his work is helping patients return to doing what they love while empowering them to take an active role in their health journey.

Chiropractor

Dr. Jonathan Hahn, DC

Dr. Jonathan Hahn is a Doctor of Chiropractic who grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bowling Green State University and went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating summa cum laude.

Dr. Hahn takes a comprehensive, movement focused approach to care and is passionate about helping patients improve function and return to the activities they enjoy. He has gained valuable experience through clinical training, seminars, and working with elite level athletes.

He enjoys being part of the team at Axis Sport and Spine, where he collaborates with like minded professionals to provide personalized care and help patients perform at their best.

Front Desk

Myra W.

Myra is a front desk receptionist at Axis. Originally from Washington State, she moved to Arizona three and a half years ago for the sunshine and a fresh start.

Michelle H.

Born and raised in Arizona, she comes from a large family of seven, which has shaped her strong sense of connection, compassion, and teamwork. She brings a warm, welcoming presence to the clinic and is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient.

She is passionate about helping others and takes pride in contributing to a high end, patient centered environment where comfort, care, and attention to detail are a priority. She values building meaningful connections and supporting patients throughout their visit.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, going to the movies, hiking, and experiencing live music.
